Version 0.119d

This update adds two stages to the original prototype I published in January!

NPCs have been added to the hub to purchase upgrades and abilities

Display options have been added for timers for the stage and total play time

Techniques have been added and require Sigils of Service, a collectible scattered throughout the stages, to be taught to the player.
