Input Improvements + Ice Boss

New options in the Controls menu will allow Gamepad players to adjust the deadzone on their sticks and test the input so they can see whether or not it needs to be lowered or raised.

A new boss was added in and I've been working on it while polishing up the ice stage. It's just about fully implemented with only a few more preliminary tuning passes for the level in mind at the moment.

Though without assets in place all of it will be subject to change, but it does mean I can move on and program other tools or features! \ o /
